City Tour of Copenhagen

After two dynamic and conversation-filled days, take the time to visit Copenhagen on our complimentary walking tour.

Beginning at the Marriott Copenhagen Hotel, the tour will feature many of Copenhagen's the must-see sights. This leisurely stroll will begin with an introduction to the city in Copenhagen's beautiful and historic main harbour. From there, the tour will continue on through Christian IV's brewery, which will feature a short history of Denmark's wars with Sweden. The tour will move along to the 'Black Diamond' and its new extension to the Royal Library, as well as into the infamous 'Secret Garden' hidden behind it. Other stops will include the Christiansborg Palace, the Parliament, the Old Stock Exchange, and Holmen's Church. The tour will also visit Amagertorv Square and the shopping street in modern Copenhagen, and will traverse through the old streets of Copenhagen where we will learn more about the old city and tales of the fires, the plague, and more. The tour will finally visit the Round Tower before ending at the Nyhavn and the sailor's quarters -- a wonderful place to grab a coffee or an early lunch.
