Janette has 25 years' research experience. A particular emphasis of her work has been on corporate reputation research, particularly among key opinion formers like journalists, leading business people, industry analysts and institutional investors, as well as customers and the wider general public. She has worked for a wide variety of clients across a wide variety of sectors, including oil and energy, automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, food & drinks and tobacco. In 2005, she spent a year on secondment with one of MORIs clients, the leading international PR agency Daniel J Edelman, which gave her an important insight into the world of PR and communications and furthered her appreciation of the use to which research is put to enhance corporate reputation.
